Led by Chef Oscar Turchi - a master of his craft with over 40 years of experience in Mediterranean and Italian culinary arts—our programs offer an immersive journey through Italy’s rich flavors. Choose between our 4-Week or 8-Week comprehensive programs, each meticulously designed to elevate your skills and confidence in the kitchen.


What to expect

During each session, you will learn to prepare 3 to 4 authentic recipes from scratch. Our curriculum covers the full spectrum of an Italian feast—from antipasto to dolce and everything in between. You will gain a professional grasp of fundamental techniques and a deep appreciation for the essential ingredients that define Italian soul food.


A Hands-On Philosophy

At Savoia, we believe the only way to truly learn is by doing. While Chef Oscar provides expert demonstrations, this is a fully interactive experience. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and put theory into practice. Our lessons are designed to be informal and engaging; Chef Oscar will personally guide you through every step, ensuring you master the nuances of each dish.


The Shared Table

The experience culminates in a communal feast. After the hard work is done, you will sit down to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared, sharing a meal in a warm, friendly atmosphere that celebrates the heart of Italian hospitality.

Classes will run on Fridays 6:00 to 9:00 Program will start on February 20th 2026.

Each individual Class is $150.00/person +HST

CANCELLATION POLICY

 At Savoia, we take pride in the meticulous preparation and premium ingredients required for our culinary experiences. Because these resources are secured specifically for your reservation, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Minimum Enrollment & Class Adjustments
To ensure the best possible learning environment and an interactive group dynamic, each class requires a minimum number of participants. In the unlikely event that a class does not meet the required enrollment, Savoia reserves the right to cancel the session.

If your class is cancelled for this reason, you will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund of your tuition or the option to transfer your registration to a future date of your choice.

Rescheduling & Credits
We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or Family member to attend in your place

Short-Notice Cancellations & No-Shows
To maintain the intimate, high-quality standard Savoia is known for and to minimize food waste, we cannot offer make-up sessions or credits for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice. In these cases, the ticket is considered fully redeemed.


Guest Guidelines

  • Punctuality: 

Our doors open 10 minutes before your scheduled start time for welcome drinks. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, the hands-on instruction begins promptly at the scheduled start time.

  • Safety & Attire:

As classes are held in a working commercial kitchen, guests must wear closed-toe shoes. Savoia provides aprons for use during the class, but we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little flour on.

  • Conduct:

We curate a shared learning environment. Savoia reserves the right to ask any guest to leave or refrain from participating if their behavior is disruptive or fails to follow safety instructions.

  • Valuables: 

While we provide a space for your items, Savoia assumes no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property brought into the Kitchen.
